Construction: PSE redwood timber frame, clad with 4mm ply. Glued and screwed for durability.
Sizes: Available in a range of standard sizes in metres. Select your options above or get in touch for a bespoke size.
Covering: Available uncovered (bare ply, ready for you to wrap on site) or covered in a print of your choice. Other materials and colours available on request.
Finish: Panels are sanded smooth. If you need them spray-painted rather than covered, let us know.

The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
