Shipping policy

LEAD TIME: Our products are made to order; therefore, they require a lead time of approximately 10 business days from the date of order placement to be manufactured and dispatched.

While our standard lead time for products is 10 business days, larger orders may require extra time for production and processing. For urgent requests, contact our office directly at 0116 3800679 to confirm availability and expedite delivery.

STORE PICK-UP: Premier Woodshop - Unit 2, Glenmore Industrial Estate, Pinfold Road, Thurmaston, Leicester, England, LE4 8BR. Orders can be picked up daily from 09:00 - 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard delivery is 2 – 4 business days from despatch.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not offer shipping internationally.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES As most of our products are manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns on non-faulty made-to-order items. Stock items, including Universal Comfort Monitor Hides, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
