Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Most of our products are manufactured to order in our Leicester workshop. Because these items are custom-made to your specification, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty made-to-order goods.

Stock Items

Our Universal Comfort Monitor Hides are held in stock and can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us at woodshop@premier-ltd.com before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at woodshop@premier-ltd.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
