Capped Plinths

A square plinth with a raised lip around the top edge. The cap creates a neat frame for your product and adds a more finished look compared to a flat-top plinth. Used at exhibitions, retail displays, galleries and events.
Size: Available in a range of width and height combinations. Select your options above or get in touch for a bespoke size.
Colour: White or black as standard. Custom colours available to any Pantone or RAL reference.
Finish: Sanded smooth, primed and finished with two coats of durable 2K polyurethane.
Branding: We can apply vinyl decals from your vector artwork. Add this as an option above and send us the file.
Material: Built from high-quality MDF.
Load Rating: Supports up to 100kg.
Wheels: Need your plinth to move? Get in touch and we'll quote for adding castors.
Why Capped Plinths?
The raised lip around the top edge adds a subtle frame to whatever you're displaying. It creates a defined display area that draws the eye inward toward the product rather than across the top of the plinth. It's a small detail, but it gives the whole setup a more finished, premium feel compared to a flat-top plinth.
Capped plinths work especially well for smaller items like jewellery, cosmetics, bottles or tech products where you want the plinth to frame the product rather than just hold it.

Every product is made to order with a typical lead time of 10 working days.
Larger orders or busy periods may take a bit longer.

The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
