OSB Plinths

A display plinth in a natural OSB (oriented strand board) finish. The exposed chipboard texture gives a raw, industrial look that works well at pop-ups, markets, brand activations and retail spaces going for a more stripped-back aesthetic.
These are unsprayed and left in their natural finish. If you want a painted plinth, check out our square, capped or dropped top options instead.

Why OSB Plinths?
Not every display needs a polished white finish. OSB plinths have a raw, textured look that works well at pop-ups, markets, brand activations and retail spaces going for a more stripped-back, industrial aesthetic. The natural chipboard surface adds warmth and character without any paint or finishing, which also makes them quicker to produce and more affordable than our sprayed options.
If your brand leans toward natural materials, sustainability messaging or a less corporate visual style, OSB is a good fit.

Every product is made to order with a typical lead time of 10 working days.
Larger orders or busy periods may take a bit longer.

Premier Woodshop - Unit 2 Glenmore Foundry Industrial Estate Pinfold Road, Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 8BR. Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
