Square podium blocks for schools, drama studios, theatres and rehearsal spaces. Used for staging, scene-building, seating risers, movement work and general classroom or studio use.
Size: Select your size from the options above. Available in a range of heights.
Construction: CNC cut from 18mm moisture-resistant MDF. All edges have a radius for safety. Open-bottom construction keeps the weight down while maintaining strength.
Load rating: 100kg UDL (uniformly distributed load).
Finish: Black as standard. Custom colours available on request.
Stackable: Designed to nest and stack for tidy storage.
Why Square Podium Blocks?
Square blocks are the most versatile shape for staging work. They tessellate neatly to build larger platforms, line up as a row of steps, or work as individual standing points for scene work. The square footprint also means they stack and store more efficiently than rectangular blocks when you're tight on space.

Every product is made to order with a typical lead time of 10 working days.

The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
