Podium Plinths

A two-tier plinth with a smaller top section sitting on a larger base. The stepped profile creates a more structured, architectural look and draws the eye upward toward the displayed product. Used at exhibitions, retail spaces, galleries and events.
Size: Available in a range of width and height combinations. Select your options above or get in touch for a bespoke size.
Colour: White or black as standard. Custom colours available to any Pantone or RAL reference.
Finish: Sanded smooth, primed and finished with two coats of durable 2K polyurethane.
Branding: We can apply vinyl decals from your vector artwork. Add this as an option above and send us the file.
Material: Built from high-quality MDF.
Load Rating: Supports up to 100kg.
Wheels: Need your plinth to move? Get in touch and we'll quote for adding castors.
Why Podium Plinths?
The stepped profile, with a smaller top section on a larger base, creates a more architectural look than a standard flat-sided plinth. It draws the eye upward toward the product and gives the whole display a sense of structure and proportion.
Podium plinths work well when you're displaying a single hero product that needs to feel important, whether that's at an exhibition stand, in a retail window or at a product launch. The wider base also adds stability, which helps if you're displaying something heavier.

Every product is made to order with a typical lead time of 10 working days.
Larger orders or busy periods may take a bit longer.

Premier Woodshop - Unit 2 Glenmore Foundry Industrial Estate Pinfold Road, Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 8BR. Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
