Lightweight, single-skin set panels built for conferences, live events and brand activations. Designed for quick assembly and repeated use on the road.
Construction: PSE redwood timber frame, clad with 4mm ply. Glued and screwed for durability.
Sizes: A range of standard sizes available online. Need a different size or shape? Get in touch and we'll build it.
Covering: Available uncovered (bare ply, ready for you to wrap on site) or covered in white or black leathergrain. Other materials and colours available on request.
Finish: Panels are sanded smooth. If you need them spray-painted rather than covered, let us know.
Why Event Set Panels?
Event set panels are the workhorse of conference and live event staging. They create clean backdrops, hide services, and give you a surface to mount graphics or project onto. They're lightweight enough to carry in by hand and sturdy enough to survive being loaded in and out week after week.

Every product is made to order with a typical lead time of 10 working days.
Larger orders or busy periods may take a bit longer.

The Manufacturing Process
All products are unique, however for many of our 'stock' items they are manufactured using this three step process.
Draw & Cut
The first step of any project is to create a technical drawing and to cut the material to the correct sizes, typically using a CNC Machine.
Assemble
Once cut, each component is sanded and assembled into the finished structure.
Spray
We use a PU (Polyurethane) Paint which is professionally sprayed onto each item to give it a long lasting, wipe clean finish.
